SERVICE OPTIONS

    1. Full Search & Consultation

        This is our most popular full-service option and begins with a consultation to determine your search criteria.  Our consultation allows TILLEY PROPERTY to commence a comprehensive property search including inspections, shortlisting, analysis, appraisal and negotiation of properties in selected suburbs based on your criteria.  We liaise with the selling agents and coordinate all the necessary due diligence such as pest and building inspections, council development and strata reports, plus we manage the process to settlement including the very important pre-settlement inspection.

    2. Vendor Consultation

        Selling any type of real estate can be a daunting experience for most people as there are many agents to choose from and various methods of sale to consider.  TILLEY PROPERTY can guide you through the selling process from beginning to end. We work with many selling agents and are able to give you detailed information on who may be the best agent for your situation.  We will help you interview and shortlist potential agents, plus provide advice on what preparation may be required at your property including painting, maintenance and styling to achieve the best price possible. We know what appeals to buyers during a property inspection and will ultimately be your indepedant advisor during the entire selling process.

    3. Negotiation Only

        This option is suitable if you have identified the property you wish to purchase. Our service offers professional assistance with the property analysis, pricing appraisal, purchasing negotiations and settlement process.  This option includes our negotiation skills for up to three of your chosen properties.

    4. Auction Bidding

        If you have identified a property that is being sold at auction and you would like professional assistance at the auction, or you are unable to attend the auction, TILLEY PROPERTY can represent you and bid on your behalf.  Clearly articulated with written instructions, including the maximum price you are prepared to pay for the property, are put in place prior to auction day.

    5. Portfolio Review

        This service offers a comprehensive consultation for properties you already own.  This service suits clients who wish to make a decision regarding next steps in their property journey, whether it is for a single unit or for an extensive portfolio.  TILLEY PROPERTY provides a detailed analysis of what your options are as well as the pros and cons involved.  This provides clarity so you can make informed decisions on the strategy best suited for your current and future position.
